1. Services

DSAT Global provides fleet optimisation, fuel efficiency analysis, logistics technology, and related consulting services. Our services are delivered through our website, WhatsApp, mobile applications, and direct communication channels. Specific service terms, pricing, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements or booking confirmations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Pilot Assessment Terms

• Pilot Assessment fees ($50, $100, $150, or $200 depending on selected plan) are non-refundable once the assessment has commenced
• The assessment fee will be credited toward your full platform onboarding fee if you proceed with DSAT services
• The First Month FREE offer (up to 1,000 trips) applies only when you continue with DSAT after completing a Pilot Assessment
• Assessment timelines are estimates and may vary based on the volume and quality of data provided
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete operational data for the assessment

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not misuse our WhatsApp, website, or other communication channels
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary software or methodologies
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour

5. WhatsApp and Digital Communications

By providing your WhatsApp number or contacting us through any digital channel, you consent to receive communications from DSAT Global related to your enquiry or service. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Service-related messages (e.g. assessment updates, payment confirmations) may still be sent as necessary to fulfil your service agreement.

6. Advertising and Marketing

DSAT Global runs advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. By interacting with our ads or submitting your information through any campaign landing page, you agree to be contacted by our team. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting us or clicking unsubscribe.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, mobile applications, reports, and digital channels — including text, graphics, logos, software, and methodologies — is the property of DSAT Global and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Any operational data, route information, fuel records, or business information you share with DSAT Global for the purpose of assessments or service delivery will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your data to any third party except as required to deliver the service or as required by law.

9. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due prior to commencement of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit/debit cards
• Late payments may result in suspension of service delivery
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DSAT Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive to deliver accurate and reliable analysis, savings estimates and optimisation projections are based on the data provided and industry averages. Actual results may vary. DSAT Global does not guarantee specific financial outcomes from any assessment or service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful. You may terminate your service agreement by providing written notice as specified in your service contract.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website.
